Maxwel D. Taylor and Anthony McAuliffe say ‘thank you’ 101st Airborne division During operation Market Garden hard battles have been fought in Veghel by the 101st Airborne Division. In the final days of the operation the entire division was involved in the fighting. After the battle General Maxwell Taylor and Brigadier-General Anthony McAuliffe send their ‘thank you’ letters. Gen.
